Parents’ Evening)

March – Parents’ Evening)

  • To avoid children getting lost between school and home, children will need to sign up for the clubs they wish to attend.

  • Registers will be called at each club so we can account for all pupils at lunchtime or after school.

  • Children will be expected to attend the club they sign up for each week of the half term; if they are unable to they must inform the adult running the club.

  • Due to waiting lists, if you child were not to attend a club on two occasions in a row their place will then be given to a child who is waiting.

  • Please make sure that your child is interested in the activity before sending them along; places for clubs are given on a first come first served basis.

  • Clubs are open to boys and girls unless otherwise stated. There is no charge for any of the clubs.

  • All after-school clubs will finish at 4.15pm. Parents will need to make suitable arrangements for children to be collected from the MAIN ENTRANCE.

  • If an activity has to be cancelled and we can give you notice we will send a note home so that you can collect your child as normal.

  • If, due to illness or bad weather, notice of cancellation cannot be sent home the children will be supervised until 4.15pm.

  • Boots and shin pads are needed for KS2 football activities. Boots are needed for rugby.
